Meet and Greet

• During our initial meeting, we’ll discuss the NDIS application process and collect all relevant documents, including medical letters, assessments, and reports from therapists or specialists (e.g., psychologists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, or GPs).

Document Compilation

• We review all documentation and complete the required NDIS Access Request Form and Supporting Evidence forms. After approval by you, we send these forms for e-signing to the appropriate therapists and specialists.

Coordination with Therapists and Specialists

• We manage the process of sending, following up, and receiving signed forms from therapists and specialists to ensure all documents are ready for submission.

Final Review and Submission

• Once all forms and supporting documents are signed and accurate, we submit the completed application to the NDIA.

Guidance for the Local Area Coordinator (LAC) Meeting

• After submission, you will be contacted by a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) to arrange a meeting. We provide guidance on what to expect, including proof of identity requirements.

Our services are charged at $25/hour, and we are mindful of keeping costs to a minimum.

Below is an estimated breakdown of time and costs:

• Meet and Greet: 1–2 hours ($25–$50)
• Document Compilation: 2–4 hours ($50–$100)
• Coordination with Therapists/Specialists: 2–3 hours ($50–$75)
• Final Review and Submission: 1–2 hours ($25–$50)
• LAC Meeting Guidance: 1–2 hours ($25–$50)

Total Estimated Cost: $175–$325

Note: The final cost depends on the complexity of your application and the amount of documentation provided.
